Artisanal manufacture from rock fish for broth, and fish such as Rascasse, Saint Peter, Congress, Vives... Decorated with a few mussels and cuttlefish.
Warm up on low heat without boiling. Serve accompanied by potatoes rouille.
Storage: 3 years at room temperature in a dry and ventilated area/48h maximum at 2/4 °c after opening
